This paper presents the design and development of a Blockchain-Driven Security Framework for
Healthcare Record Management System developed using Java to ensure secure handling of sensitive
patient data across digital healthcare platforms. The system leverages blockchain technology to store
medical records in a decentralized and immutable structure, preventing unauthorized access and data
manipulation. It employs cryptographic techniques such as hashing and digital signatures to safeguard
data integrity and confidentiality. Features such as role-based access control, secure data sharing, and
transparent audit trails are integrated to enhance system reliability and usability. The system is designed
with a secure and scalable architecture to efficiently manage patient records among doctors, patients,
and administrators. It is observed that the proposed system improves data security, minimizes the risk of
breaches, and enhances trust and efficiency in healthcare information management.
