The Career Readiness Signal Tracking and Employability Insights Engine is a data Analytics–based
system designed to meeasure, monitor, and enhance the career readiness of students and job seekers
by analyzing key employability factors such as academic performance, technical skills, certifications,
internships, projects, training participation, soft skills, and placement history. It integrates data from
multiple sources into a unified framework and applies techniques like data cleaning, normalization,
feature engineering, and exploratory analysis to ensure accuracy. Using advanced analytics and
machine learning, the system identifies patterns between readiness indicators and employment outcomes,
evaluates individual readiness levels, predicts employability scores, and highlights strengths and skill
gaps. It also provides personalized recommendations for improvement through targeted learning paths,
certifications, and training programs.
